Vous pouvez retourner vos articles dans les 14 jours suivant la date de livraison pour obtenir un remboursement complet.
Conditions de retour
Les articles doivent être retournés dans leur état d’origine, non portés, non lavés et avec toutes les étiquettes attachées.
Une preuve d’achat est requise pour tous les retours.
Comment retourner des articles
1. Webshop Returns
Send your package, in its original condition and within 14 days, to the following address:

2. Returns in Physical Store
If you made a purchase in one of our physical stores, you have 15 days to return the item in person. You can choose between:
A voucher equal to the value of the purchased item
An exchange for another size or an item of the same value
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
